Serving in Hope – to be the face of Christ to those we serve.
Vincent’s Pantry is operated by volunteers, who serve those in need, with food insecurities, at Saint Michael and surrounding areas.
Food insecurities continue to grow in and within our parish and surrounding area, as families are faced with evictions, loss of jobs, medical issues, etc. The rising cost of food also contributes significantly to this need.
Vincent’s Pantry is a “supplemental dry pantry”, serving can foods, meats, soups, and shelf stable items.
From July 2023 through June 2024, Vincent’s Pantry served over 1831 individuals, with food and supplies, from donations from the generous parishioners and donors; however, we are experiencing shortages of food. Please consider donating food items directly to Vincent’s Pantry, Saint Michael the Archangel Conference, by placing your food donations on the SVDP shelves/cart, located in the Commons.
Suggested donation items:
Can or Pouch Tuna Rice Can or Pouch Chicken Dry Beans Pasta Sauce Pasta Cereal Oatmeal Canned Soups and Stews Canned Vegetables Peanut Butter Jelly Canned Fruit Crackers Shelf-stable Milk
We are NOT able to accept any donations of fresh or refrigerated items.
